How to create an accountWhat’s the process to create my Cluo account? Creating your Cluo account is simple and happens in two quick steps: ⸻ Step 1: Create Your Management Account Go to mazzzing.com. Click “Start Free Trial” or select a plan that fits your needs (you can begin with the Free 15-Day Trial). Complete the short form to set up your Cluo Management Account — this gives you access to your admin tools and dashboard. Submit the form and verify your email if prompted. This step registers your main account for managing settings and subscriptions. ⸻ Step 2: Set Up Your Desktop Access After setting up your Management Account, you’ll be directed to complete your Desktop Setup form. Here’s what you’ll need to provide: First Name Last Name Email Phone Number Username Password Preferred Server Country (Free trial allows selection from limited regions) (If subscribing to a paid plan, you’ll also be asked to enter your billing details.) Once submitted, you can access the full Cluo desktop experience. ⸻ Why are there two forms? The first form creates your Management Account, which controls your settings and subscriptions. The second form sets up your Desktop Profile, which is your personal access to the tools and features inside Cluo. ⸻ Can I skip the Desktop Setup? No, both steps are required to fully activate your account and access Cluo. Your Management Account handles administration; your Desktop Account gives you access to the working environment. ⸻ When do I enter billing details? If you’re subscribing to a paid plan, you’ll be asked for billing information during the Desktop Setup step. If you’re on the Free 15-Day Trial, you can skip this part for now.

What do I do if I didn't receive my Management Account Verification CodeIf you’re signing up at mazzzing.com and haven’t received your email verification code, here are a few steps to try: 1. Check your spam or junk folder Sometimes emails from new senders can end up there. Look for a message from info@mazzzing.com and be sure to add us to your safe sender list so it doesn’t happen again. 2. Click “Resend Code” On the verification screen, use the “resend code” option to send a new code to your inbox. 3. Still not receiving it? If the issue continues, email us directly at support@mazzzing.com and our team will be happy to help you complete the verification process manually.

Are the Management and Desktop accounts separateYes. Your Management Account (at mazzzing.com) is for managing subscriptions, settings, and admin access. Your Cluo Desktop Account is your personal login for the interactive workspace and tools. Each has its own login and separate password reset process.
-
Why do I have two accountsCluo uses a two-step setup process to separate management from user access — that’s why you’re asked to complete two forms. 1. Management Account Your first step is to create a Management Account at mazzzing.com. This account gives you access to your settings, purchases, billing information and subscription management. Think of this as your control panel — it’s where you manage your plan, orders, and overall setup. 2. Desktop Access (User Profile) After your Management Account is set up, you’ll complete a second form to create your Desktop Profile — this gives you access to the actual Cluo experience. This includes: Your personal login Workspace Access to tools, features, and the platform itself You’ll also be asked to confirm address details at this stage if you’re choosing a paid plan. (If you’re on the Free 15-Day Trial, billing is optional for now.) ⸻ Why can’t I skip one? Both steps are required. Your Management Account handles everything behind the scenes; your Desktop Profile is how you log in and use Cluo.

How do I start my free trialHow do I sign up for the Free 15-Day Trial of Cluo? Go to mazzzing.com. Click the “Start Free Trial” or “Get Cluo Free for 15 Days” button. You’ll be guided through a short sign-up process to create your Cluo Management Account — this gives you access to your admin dashboard and settings. After registering, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Once your account is confirmed, you can start setting up your Cluo experience. Why am I creating an account before seeing the Cluo desktop? You’re setting up your Cluo Management Account first. This secure account is your hub to manage your Cluo application, settings, and subscriptions. Once it’s created, you’ll have full access to Cluo’s desktop tools and features as part of your free trial. Do I need to provide a credit card to start the trial? No! You can explore Cluo for 15 days, completely free, with no payment details required. What happens after the 15-day trial ends? You’ll have the option to continue using Cluo by choosing a plan that suits your needs. If you choose not to upgrade, your account will be paused — no charges, no surprises.
