Download Cluo
Windows
Visit the resources page and select the Windows OS you are running on your computer, then click Download.
Double click the application once downloaded to your device's downloads folder to prompt the installation manager.
Follow the prompts on the screen to install Cluo to your device.

Fire TV Home Screen
Turn on your Firestick/Fire TV and go to the Home Screen.
Use the remote to navigate to the “Find” option (or Search icon 🔍 on older versions).
Select “Search” and type in Cluo App.
Select the Cluo App from the search results.
Click on the app icon, then choose Download or Get.
Wait for the app to download and install.
Once installed, click Open to launch the app, or find it later in Your Apps & Channels.

Amazon Appstore (via Web)
Go to the Amazon Appstore in a browser.
Sign in with the same Amazon account used on your Firestick.
Search for the Cluo App.
Click Deliver to and select your Fire TV device.
Click Get App — it will be sent to your Firestick and install automatically when it’s online.

Using Alexa (Voice Search)
If your Firestick remote has a microphone button:
Press and hold the microphone button.
Say the name of the app - Cluo App.
Select and download the app as prompted.
Uninstall Cluo
Using the "Apps & features" setting (Windows):
Open the Start Menu: Click the Windows icon in the bottom left corner.
Open Settings: Click the gear icon or the Settings option.
Go to Apps: Click on "Apps".
Select Apps & features: This will show a list of installed applications.
Choose the application: Select the Cluo application.
Uninstall: Click the "Uninstall" button.
Using the Control Panel (Windows):
Open the Control Panel: Search for "Control Panel" in the taskbar and open it.
Go to Programs: Click on "Programs".
Select Programs and Features: This will show a list of installed applications.
Choose the application: Select the Cluo application.
Uninstall: Click on the "Uninstall" or "Uninstall/Change" option.

Mac: macOS Monterey 12+, Ventura 13+, Sonoma 14+
Android: Android 10+ (12/13+ recommended)
Browsers: Chrome 90+, Firefox 88+, Edge 90+, Safari 15+, Opera 75+, Brave 1.25+
Amazon Fire TV: Fire OS 7+ We routinely update supported OS to ensure security and compatibility.
