What Version of Cluo do you have?
Before proceeding, you should know which version of Cluo you will be using: the desktop app or the web-app version.

If you have a Cluo paid-subscription, you can install and use the desktop app.

If you have the free plan, the only way for you to access Cluo is via the web app version. To learn how to access Cluo this way, select the Cluo Browser guide or click here.
