Cluo provides you with essential free software, plus access to licensed applications from our premiered partners. Whether you need LibreOffice for documents and presentations or wish to activate MS Office, simply launch the application and sign in. Subscription options are available if needed—just follow the prompts.
Privacy Do’s and Don’ts
Your privacy is our priority, protected by our unique technology and our cybersecurity partner, ThreatDown by Malwarebytes. Your Cluo experience remains secure until you choose to identify yourself by sharing your information or log into websites. We encourage you to log in only when necessary and to share your personal information judiciously. For optimal productivity and browsing, use Cluo in the region closest to you, and when traveling, select a nearby location.
Can I install my own apps?
Absolutely! Soon, Mazzzing Inc. will introduce BYOA (Bring Your Own Applications). This means you can securely have your favorite apps installed in our cloud, giving you access from virtually any device.
Do I pay for the apps you provide?
No, you don’t! Mazzzing Inc. does not rent, lease, or sell applications. The pre-loaded apps are widely available from various sources and are provided for your convenience.
What payment options are available?

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations take effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle. Once your cancellation notice is processed, you won’t be billed for the next cycle, but access to applications may be discontinued. We’ll keep your profile for up to a year after cancellation.
Can I have multiple accounts?
Yes! You can create multiple accounts for individual access. Each subscription is handled separately. You can also purchase multiple licenses under one name, but each session must have a unique username and password.
What am I paying for?
Mazzzing Inc. is a virtual desktop hosting service. Essentially, you’re renting a computer in the cloud. All applications we provide for your use are free!
Can I get a computer virus?
Rest assured, your device is fully protected. The risk lies entirely with Mazzzing Inc. Think of it like watching TV: all the magic happens in our data centers. Only our servers can be infected, so all you receive is a pristine visual experience—no code, no applications, no commands!
What or who can see me?
When you log into a session, you start with a clean slate—no history for online trackers to see. If you shop online, the site will recognize your profile upon login, but your location, history, and cookies will remain private. Once you switch to a new application, that history disappears, leaving the web none the wiser.
Is this truly private?
Absolutely. Our policy is simple: we do not sell your data. While we comply with all government regulations, Amazing will never sell or negotiate your data, behavior, or identity. Your ISP (Internet Service Provider) won’t be able to see or record your data, browsing, writing, downloads, purchases, or location.
